Position: Apprentice Tenure: 1 Year Location: Gurgaon (Cyber City) - WFO (5 days/week) Start Date: Immediate Growth Opportunity: Possibility of conversion based on performance Stipend : 15K - 22K per month (depends upon interview performance) Key Responsibilities 1- Assist in the recruitment process (resume screening, scheduling assessments/interviews, maintaining dashboards, reports and insights, and conducting initial screening calls) 2- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities 3- Assist in onboarding and off boarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience 4- Maintain HR records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
