2. Description of Services

Flarebox provides India's Ai + Alumni Powered Campus Network.

Flarebox is a campus network connecting students, alumni, colleges, and companies through community, mentorship, and related opportunities. Opportunity and hiring tools are one part of the network — not the whole product. Our services include:

Community Features

  • Alumni network access
  • Mentorship connections
  • College community forums
  • One-on-one sessions

Career Services

  • Job referral system
  • Hiring drives access
  • Company research tools
  • Resume and profile optimization
  • Interview scheduling via Google / Microsoft calendars

3. User Accounts

Your responsibilities when creating and maintaining an account.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities under your account.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Keep your credentials secure and confidential
  • Update your information when it changes
  • Report any unauthorized account access

Account Security

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Enable two-factor authentication
  • Log out from shared devices
  • Monitor your account activity regularly

4. Campus & Company Join (MoU)

Clear terms for colleges and companies before they join Flarebox.

Before joining as a campus (college) or company organization on Flarebox, an authorized representative must: (1) review and accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy; (2) review and accept the applicable Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) / partnership agreement shown in the join flow; (3) upload the signed MoU and any required verification documents; and (4) complete identity / organization verification steps we request. Access is not guaranteed until Flarebox approves the request.

Campus (college) obligations

  • Provide accurate college details and authorized contact information
  • Sign and upload the MoU / agreement presented before join approval
  • Use student and alumni data only for legitimate campus network and placement operations on Flarebox
  • Comply with applicable education and data-protection laws for your students

Company obligations

  • Provide accurate company details and authorized representative information
  • Sign and upload the MoU / agreement presented before join approval
  • Use candidate profiles and resumes only for legitimate recruitment related to Flarebox opportunities — not for resale or unrelated marketing
  • Follow fair hiring practices and keep candidate data confidential
  • Submitting a join request or signed MoU does not itself create access until Flarebox (or designated admins) approves.
  • Flarebox may suspend or revoke organization access for MoU breach, misuse of data, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
  • If the MoU and these Terms conflict on a partnership-specific point, the signed MoU controls for that point; otherwise these Terms apply.

5. Profiles & Opportunities

How profile and resume sharing works within the campus network.

Flarebox is a campus network. Opportunity features (including drives and company discovery) are a smaller part of that network. If you use Flarebox as a student (or your college enrolls you), you authorize Flarebox to share your profile, academic information, skills, assessment results, and resume with authorized college staff and partner companies when those opportunity features are used — for shortlisting, interviews, and related workflows.

  • Companies may view resumes and profile details for opportunities you are eligible for or apply to.
  • Colleges may manage eligibility and approvals using your data as part of campus operations.
  • You must provide accurate profile and resume information. Misrepresentation may lead to removal from opportunities or account action.
  • Details of processing are in our Privacy Policy — Profiles & Opportunities.

6. Google & Microsoft Integrations

Optional calendar and meeting permissions beyond basic login.

Basic Google or Microsoft sign-in only uses your name, email, and profile to create your account. Separately, you may connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook / Teams so Flarebox can schedule interviews, check availability, and create Meet or Teams links. That extra access is requested only when you connect the feature. We complete provider app verification where required and use the connection only for those scheduling features.

Google Calendar

Used to create, update, and cancel interview events and related Google Meet links. Governed by Google's API User Data Policy (Limited Use).

Microsoft Outlook & Teams

Used to place interview events on your Outlook calendar and create Teams meeting links when you choose Teams.

You can revoke these integrations in Google or Microsoft account settings. Full details: Privacy — Google · Privacy — Microsoft.
