Event Operations Intern

Location - Times Internet, Film City, Noida Office Working Days - Mon to Fri Office Timings - 9:30 AM to 6 PM Duration - 6 Months Stipend - 10,000/- to 15,000/- per month The candidate must have a laptop for this internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in pre-event planning, including venue coordination, vendor follow-ups, and logistics preparation 2. Support the creation of event checklists, run-of-show documents, and operational timelines 3. Coordinate with production, fabrication, travel, and hospitality vendors for updates and requirements 4. Track vendor deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines 5. Assist in managing speaker and guest travel, hotel bookings, and airport transfers 6. Support on-ground event setup and dismantling activities 7. Coordinate with vendors and venue teams to ensure smooth event execution 8. Assist in managing attendee registrations, badge distribution, and guest handling 9. Maintain event trackers, vendor lists, and operational documentation 10. Support the preparation of post-event reports and record maintenance 11. Collaborate with internal teams, including editorial, marketing, sales, and design, for seamless event delivery
