Within India, the Group also operates Experion Developers, a leading real estate company focused on luxury and sustainable developments across key locations in the country.About the position:In this role, you will leverage your expertise in project and corporate finance to secure funding for our renewable energy projects, ensuring their successful implementation and contributing to our company's growth and success. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships will be crucial in driving our finance initiatives forward and achieving our strategic objectives.Key Accountabilities:Work on Project & Corporate Finance (Term Loan, ECBs & Bonds and LC/BG)Preparation of Financial Model, Detailed Project Information MemorandumMaintain & Build relationships with Banks, FIs & NBFCsSubmit funding proposal to prospective lenders including filling of application, submission of required dataManage the entire project appraisal process in close coordination with Lenders, internal stakeholders, external consultants etcManage Due diligence exercise (including technical, legal, title search etc) conducted by various consultants on behalf respective LendersNegotiations & Finalisation of Term SheetsReview, finalisation and execution of Facility & Security DocumentsComply with various disbursement and commitment conditionsSubmit periodic data on time as per requirement of lenders, rating agencies & banks.Ensuring Compliances with required guidelines, policies & procedures as well as agreed covenants & reporting requirements to achieve financing effectiveness.Work on availing Non-Fund Based facility (LC/BG) from various banksManagement of Escrow Accounts, Construction & Operation BudgetManage coordination between internal and external stake holdersSupport Secretarial & Accounts team for timely closure of booksSupporting internal processes interfacing with projects Team, legal teams as well as management & the Board.Our Ideal Candidate:MBA in finance from a reputable institute or Chartered Accountant.Experience in project and c
