Management Trainee – Technical Sales & Business Operations

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Channel & Business Development- Identify, approach, and support strategic partners, dealers, distributors, and business collaborators to expand the market presence of Protco's Smart Home and IoT solutions, including Wi-Fi and ZigBee-based products. 2. Sales & Market Expansion- Assist in lead generation, client outreach, customer requirement understanding, and business development initiatives for smart automation and IoT products. 3. Sales Operations Tracking- Support the tracking of the complete sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and partner discussions to product deployment, customer coordination, and after-sales support. 4. Knowledge Management & Partner Training- Assist in creating and maintaining a digital training library, including product guides, installation support material, troubleshooting documentation, and video-based learning resources for partners and stakeholders. Market Strategy & Execution- Support marketing and go-to-market initiatives to improve product awareness, customer adoption, and sales conversion across different business channels. 6. Cross-Functional Coordination- Act as a bridge between customers, partners, sales teams, and the product/technical team by sharing market insights, customer feedback, and technical requirements.
