Delegate Acquisition Intern

Times Internet is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented VIP Delegate Management Intern to support delegate research, outreach, and relationship management for its events. This internship offers hands-on experience in stakeholder management, business communication, event coordination, and professional networking. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct in-depth research to identify potential VIP delegates, including industry leaders, executives, and key decision-makers. 2. Build and maintain an up-to-date database of potential VIP delegates with accurate profiles and contact information. 3. Execute targeted outreach campaigns through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and confirmed VIP delegates. 5. Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP delegates and professionally address their queries. 6. Coordinate with the event management team to ensure VIP delegates receive timely information and necessary support. 7. Follow up with prospective delegates to confirm participation and maintain regular communication. 8. Maintain accurate records of delegate interactions, confirmations, and event-related updates. 9. Prepare reports and assist in tracking delegate outreach and engagement activities. 10. Support the team with additional event coordination and administrative responsibilities as required.
