MBA HR (Campus Hiring)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Identify and connect with colleges and universities for campus recruitment opportunities. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Placement Officers and college authorities. 3. Coordinate and schedule campus placement drives, pre-placement talks, and recruitment events. 4. Travel with the recruitment team to colleges for placement drives and hiring activities. 5. Manage the end-to-end coordination of campus recruitment events. 6. Source and screen student profiles based on hiring requirements. 7. Ensure smooth communication between colleges, candidates, and internal hiring teams. 8. Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports. 9. Support employer branding initiatives across college campuses. 10. Assist in executing large-scale hiring drives and recruitment campaigns.
