Trainee Mentor (Edtech Sales)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Mentor who is passionate about guiding learners on their educational journey. In this role, you will conduct roadmap and counselling sessions, support learner engagement, and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and impactful learning experience. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct roadmap and counselling calls with learners. 2. Complete a minimum of 10+ roadmap sessions along with 300 minutes of talk time daily. 3. Ensure roadmap calls are properly explained and conducted over calls. 4. Maintain daily talk time targets and follow-up schedules. 5. Follow up with previous day's leads and ensure maximum learner engagement. 6. Coordinate with Community Managers (CMs) whenever required. 7. Encourage learners to attend webinars and maintain participation targets. 8. Update lead status, follow-ups, notes, and dispositions promptly onLeadSquared. 9. Download and prepare roadmaps before scheduled calls. 10. Handle learner queries professionally and maintain positive communication.
