Creator Talent Partnerships Intern

We're looking for someone who lives on Instagram and YouTube, knows creators before they blow up, and can turn "we need a creator for this campaign" into a well-researched shortlist within a day. You'll be the person who builds and owns Nasper's creator database from day one. This is one of the most important early hires at the agency because our creator relationships are the foundation of our product. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Build and maintain a structured database of creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, categorized by niche, audience size, engagement rate, and rate card. 2. Identify and shortlist creators for specific brand briefs based on audience fit, content style, and previous brand collaborations. 3. Reach out to creators (or their managers) to check availability, rates, and collaboration terms. 4. Track outreach and negotiation status, and close creator bookings within the allocated budgets. 5. Maintain records of past collaborations and creator reliability did they deliver on time, was the content on brief, and would we work with them again? 6. Stay up to date with emerging creators and platform trends who's rising in a given niche and what content formats are performing well.
