Marketing Operations Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern who is eager to learn client operations, sales support, and marketing coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to client communication, lead management, business operations, and digital marketing workflows. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Coordinate with clients through email and ensure timely communication. 2. Assist in managing client requirements and support smooth project execution. 3. Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and CRM updates. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. 5. Prepare reports and maintain client data using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. 6. Track campaign progress and share regular updates with clients. 7. Resolve basic client queries and escalate issues whenever necessary. 8. Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and project status. 9.
