Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. 5. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. 6. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. 7. Work on live hiring requirements across multiple industries. 8. Learn modern recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement. 9.
