Events & Sales Support Intern – Bangalore

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Coordinating and managing promotional stalls at apartments, condominiums, exhibitions, community events, workshops, and other on-ground marketing activities across Bangalore. 2. Ensuring branding materials, brochures, standees, and promotional collateral are displayed professionally while maintaining a positive and engaging brand presence. 3. Representing the organization confidently at events by interacting with residents, visitors, and prospective customers, creating a welcoming experience, and building strong customer relationships. 4. Explaining the organization's services, workshops, consultations, and offerings clearly, answering basic customer queries, and encouraging registrations for events and consultations. 5. Generating quality leads by collecting customer information, qualifying prospects, and maintaining meaningful interactions with potential customers. 6. Coordinating with apartment associations, event organizers, venue partners, and internal teams before and during events to ensure seamless execution of all on-ground activities. 7. Reaching out to prospective customers before events through phone calls to invite them, confirm participation, and increase event attendance. 8. Following up with leads generated during events, maintaining regular communication with interested prospects, scheduling appointments or consultations, and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales or consultation team. 9. Assisting in planning, organizing, and executing on-ground events while supporting all operational and logistical requirements. 10. Capturing photographs and short videos during events for marketing, branding, and social media purposes. 11. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, leads, event participation, and follow-up activities by updating the CRM, Excel sheets, or other internal tracking systems. 12. Preparing and submitting daily and weekly activity reports, tracking event performance and lead conversion status, and assisting in creating post-event reports and summaries.
