Founders Office – Growth & Marketing Intern (EdTech Startup)

As a 'Founder's Office - Growth & Marketing Intern ', you will work directly with the founder to help grow Professor JEE Academy. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Research and suggest innovative marketing strategies to increase student admissions and brand awareness. 2. Plan and execute organic marketing campaigns for YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other digital platforms. 3. Develop marketing plans for course launches, webinars, free classes, and student events. 4. Analyze competitors (PW, Unacademy, ALLEN Digital, Vedantu, etc.) and identify growth opportunities. 5. Create and optimize marketing funnels to convert social media followers into qualified leads and paid students. 6. Plan and monitor WhatsApp community engagement to improve student interaction and conversions. 7. Coordinate with faculty, video editors, designers, and other team members to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns. 8. Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, inquiries, enrollments) and submit weekly performance reports. 9. Brainstorm and implement referral programs, ambassador programs, collaborations, and other student acquisition initiatives. 10. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and other productivity tools to improve marketing efficiency. 11. Continuously experiment with new marketing ideas, measure results, and recommend improvements based on data. 12. Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute actively to the overall growth of Professor JEE Academy. This is a high-ownership role.
