Content Writing Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct in-depth industry research across retail, fashion, e-commerce, shopping centres, D2C, and consumer brands to identify market trends and business opportunities. 2. Assist in developing conference themes, session concepts, panel discussion topics, and event agendas for premium B2B conferences. 3. Build, maintain, and update speaker, delegate, and target company databases with accurate information. 4. Create and manage target lists using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other productivity tools. 5. Analyze market trends, company profiles, competitor activities, and leadership movements to generate actionable insights. 6. Prepare research reports, presentations, briefing notes, and supporting documents for internal discussions and event planning. 7. Create content for speaker invitations, conference concepts, presentations, and marketing collateral. 8. Conduct competitor research and benchmark global conferences and industry events to identify best practices. 9. Design presentations, visual documents, and simple creatives using Canva. 10. Organize and maintain databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 11. Collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, Design, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to support conference planning and execution. 12. Use Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, AI research tools, and online research platforms to improve research quality and productivity. 13. Summarize research findings into concise, well-structured, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders. 14. Support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of retail, fashion, and e-commerce conferences. 15. Complete assigned responsibilities within deadlines while demonstrating strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
