E Commerce Intern

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented e-commerce associate to manage and optimize our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have a technical background, be eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Shopify store management: 1. Manage day-to-day Shopify store operations, including product listings, collections, pricing, and inventory updates. 2. Ensure website content is accurate, updated, and aligned with business requirements. B. Product & catalog management: 1. Create and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, images, variants, and specifications. 2. Ensure product data is organized and updated across the store. C. Shopify reporting & analytics: 1. Generate regular Shopify reports on sales, traffic, conversions, and store performance. 2. Analyze key metrics and share actionable insights to improve business performance. D. App management & integrations: 1. Manage Shopify apps and support third-party app integrations. 2. Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with vendors or developers when required. E. Website maintenance & optimization: 1. Update website banners, collections, and promotional content in coordination with internal teams. 2. Monitor website performance and ensure a seamless customer experience across devices. F. WordPress management: 1. Manage and update WordPress pages, blogs, and website content. 2. Perform basic website maintenance and coordinate content updates. G. Cross-functional coordination: 1. Work closely with design, marketing, operations, and customer support teams to execute business initiatives. 2. Support new feature rollouts, website enhancements, and process improvements.
