HR Admin Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrative Intern to support our HR and Administration functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing processes, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. You will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on exposure to workplace operations in a fast-paced startup environment. 1) Manage and maintain Google Workspace, including creating, updating, and deactivating employee accounts and groups. 2) Assist in HRMS administration by maintaining employee records, updating information, and supporting day-to-day system activities. 3) Maintain accurate records of company assets, including laptops, accessories, and other office equipment. 4) Coordinate laptop allocation, collection, repairs, replacements, and maintenance with employees and external vendors. 5) Ensure proper documentation for asset issuance, returns, and inventory records. 6) Prepare attendance reports and maintain employee attendance data. 7) Track office inventory and ensure timely replenishment of stationery, pantry supplies, and other office essentials. 8) Coordinate with vendors for office purchases, repairs, maintenance, and related administrative requirements. 9) Organize and maintain digital and physical documents with high accuracy. 10) Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing assets, accounts, and required documentation.
