About the Opening

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Product Development Support: 1. Assist in brainstorming and curating new gifting ideas based on seasonal themes, trends, and customer insights. 2. Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis to support product positioning and pricing. 3. Coordinate sample collection and maintain product documentation (SKUs, specs, feedback, etc.). 4. Support product testing and packaging trials. B. Sourcing & Vendor Coordination: 1. Help identify vendors for packaging, gift accessories, and custom elements. 2. Coordinate with suppliers for samples, quotations, and timelines. 3. Maintain and update vendor and sourcing trackers. 4. Packaging & Aesthetic Alignment: 5. Assist in selecting packaging materials and finishes that align with the Soulflower brand. 6. Work with design and marketing teams to finalize gifting concepts and box layouts. C. Cross-functional Support: 1. Liaise with the inventory, design, and digital teams to ensure smooth handoffs. 2. Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and gifting campaign planning.
