Executive Admin & Operations Intern

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to support day-to-day operations and administrative functions at a growing solar energy business. You'll get hands-on exposure to vendor coordination, digital tools, and process building, with real ownership from day one. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Maintain and organize documents, trackers, and digital workflows. 2. Liaise with vendors, manufacturers, and external partners to keep projects on track. 3. Work across Shopify, the company website, and other digital platforms. 4. Research and troubleshoot operational issues and propose practical solutions. 5. Drive follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time. 6. Help create and refine simple SOPs to improve team efficiency. 7. Identify gaps or bottlenecks and take initiative to resolve them. 8. Support different areas of the business as priorities and requirements change.
