Social Media & Content Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Content Ideas & Scriptwriting 1. Create new ideas for Instagram Reels and other social media content. 2. Develop explainer, storytelling, problem/solution, educational, promotional, and experimental content formats. 3. Use tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to create and improve scripts. 4. Develop multiple hooks and variations for the same content idea. 5. Continuously improve scripts based on content performance. B. Content Creator Outreach & Coordination 1. Discover relevant Instagram creators, primarily smaller creators with strong content quality. 2. Evaluate creators based on their content, presentation, communication, and overall quality. 3. Reach out to creators through Instagram DMs and discuss content requirements and pricing. 4. Negotiate with creators within the approved budget. 5. Share promising creator profiles with the team for approval. 6. Coordinate with selected creators to get content produced. C. Video Production Management 1. Share approved scripts, briefs, and instructions with selected creators. 2. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and production requirements. 3. Follow up with creators when required. 4. Collect completed videos and coordinate basic revisions or corrections. 5. Ensure final videos are delivered on time. D. Social Media Publishing 1. Publish approved Reels and posts on Instagram. 2. Repurpose suitable content for Facebook and LinkedIn. 3. Maintain a consistent social media posting schedule. 4. Keep all social media channels updated. 5. Organize content and publishing tasks using ClickUp. E. Content Experimentation & Growth 1. Study content from other brands and creators to identify new opportunities. 2. Identify new short-form content formats and storytelling approaches. 3. Experiment with different hooks and creative styles. 4. Suggest ideas to increase organic reach and generate leads.
