Founders Office Intern (Technical)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work directly with the founder across product, engineering, operations, and research 2. Build and ship frontend features using Next.js 14, React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui 3. Write and debug backend logic in Supabase ability to write PostgreSQL functions and row-level-security policies is preferred 4. Write and maintain tests using Vitest, Playwright, and pgTAP 5. Use Claude Code as part of the daily development workflow 6. Onboard shelters and rescuers onto the platform and stay in regular contact with them weekly check-ins, help with new listings, and resolving product queries as they come up 7. Work on discoverability and SEO so the product surfaces when people search for pet adoption 8. Take on operational and research work for the product: competitor scans, user research notes, documentation, process cleanup, and one-off projects the founder needs turned around quickly 9. Identify and unblock the day-to-day roadblocks slowing growth 10. Lead with a problem-solving attitude Note on the role: This is a fluid role.
