Operations Intern – Travel Lead & Booking Coordination

TripzSearch connects travelers with trusted trip operators, helping users plan and book their journeys with ease. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our operations team and manage the full lead-to-booking journey. As an Operations Intern, you'll be the crucial link between users and travel operators, resolving incoming leads, coordinating communication, and tracking every booking through to completion. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Respond to and resolve leads generated on TripzSearch. 2. Connect each lead with the appropriate travel operator based on the user's requirements. 3. Facilitate clear communication between travelers and operators throughout the booking process. 4. Maintain a complete view of each booking and track whether a trip is confirmed, pending, or not booked. 5. Coordinate with travel operators to collect updated trip dates and details for new trips, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings on TripzSearch. 6. Regularly update trip and booking status and information in internal systems to maintain data quality. 7. Maintain accurate and organized records of all lead interactions and outcomes. 8. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and supporting the operations team as needed.
