Video Editing Intern

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern to join our content production team. In this role, you will work closely with our post-production team to edit engaging content for brands, influencers, and performance marketing campaigns while gaining hands-on industry experience. This internship offers an opportunity to learn and develop practical editing skills by working on real projects for social media and digital platforms. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Video Editing 1. Edit raw footage into engaging short-form content for Reels, Shorts, and digital ads. 2. Remove unnecessary pauses, retakes, and filler content to create a smooth viewing experience. 3. Assist in structuring edits with strong pacing, storytelling, and audience retention in mind. 4. Create multiple versions of videos with different hooks, formats, and durations. B. Subtitles & Content Packaging 1. Add accurate and visually appealing subtitles optimized for mobile viewing. 2. Incorporate text overlays, callouts, transitions, emojis, and basic motion graphics where required. 3. Add background music and assist in balancing audio levels. 4. Ensure content aligns with brand and campaign guidelines. C. Content Adaptation 1. Convert influencer and campaign footage into platform-ready content. 2. Adapt videos for multiple aspect ratios, including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9. 3. Learn how content is optimized across different social media platforms. D. Revisions & Deliverables 1. Implement feedback from senior editors and team members. 2. Manage assigned editing tasks while meeting deadlines. 3. Export and organize deliverables in the required formats. E. Team Collaboration 1. Support senior editors with timeline preparation, selects, and content organization. 2. Assist during high-volume campaign delivery periods. 3. Continuously learn new editing techniques, tools, and workflows.
