AI Generalist Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Build end-to-end products, internal tools, agents, automations, and data or growth systems using AI as a productivity multiplier. 2. Develop features and tools using coding assistants, AI agents, and LLM-powered workflows while writing, reading, and understanding the underlying code. 3. Rapidly prototype ideas and then strengthen them for reliability, maintainability, and real-world use. 4. Design and implement agentic workflows involving retrieval, tool usage, and multi-step tasks, while understanding their limitations and failure points. 5. Thoroughly test features, identify edge cases, and validate implementations against real-world requirements. 6. Diagnose technical issues systematically by forming hypotheses, running targeted tests, and tracing problems to their root causes. 7. Verify fixes and implementations before considering them complete or production-ready. 8. Understand the product and business context behind each project, including its target users, purpose, and intended outcomes. 9. Challenge unclear or ineffective requirements and propose more practical, impactful solutions when appropriate. 10. Learn new technologies, tools, codebases, and domains independently through research, experimentation, data analysis, and effective problem-solving. 11. Take ownership of tasks and deliver results without requiring step-by-step guidance.
