Business Analyst Intern (+PPO). Understand business processes across HR, Recruitment, Sales, Accounts and Operations- Gather and document business requirements- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements- Create process flows and user stories- Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)- Work with product and development teams to track and resolve issues- Gain hands-on exposure to the internal platform, CORERequirements- Strong logical and analytical thinking- Good communication skills- Interest in Business Analysis and Technology- Problem-solving mindset- Willingness to learn and work with different teamsPreferred Skills- Basic knowledge of process mapping- Documentation experience- Familiarity with software testing Eligibility/batch: 2025/2026/2027. Location: Pune.
